REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

OUR MISSION: To ensure your connectivity never fails. If your RovEdge gear doesn't perform to mission standards, we provide a structured return and warranty process.

1. 30-DAY FIELD TEST (RETURNS)

We believe in the quality of our engineering. Every product comes with a 30-Day Field Test. If the RovEdge MK-1 or accessories do not meet your operational requirements, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Products must be in their original packaging with all included mission cables and accessories.
  • Shipping costs for non-warranty returns are the responsibility of the operator (customer).
  • To initiate a return, email admin@rovedge.com with your order number.

2. 12-MONTH IRONCLAD WARRANTY

All RovEdge power stations and cables are covered by a 12-Month Ironclad Warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device fails during normal field operations, we will replace or repair it at zero cost to you.

3. LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover damage caused by unauthorized modification, immersion beyond rated IP specifications, or impact damage beyond the designed drop-test height (1.2m).

4. PROCESSING TIME

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after our technicians verify the returned hardware. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
